Artist Statement

As a Graphic Designer, I am always trying to keep up to date on culture, technology and trends in order to make my designs as current and cutting edge as possible. However, the most state-of-the-art designs are only as successful as the elements upon which they are founded. Good design is a combination of creative problem solving and savvy visual communication. Additionally, there are various other ways to communicate creatively. My passion for writing is another, more direct way to convey a message, and is especially important when writing effective copy for creative designs. I feel that through my several years experience in working with various media, I have been able to gain a strong foothold on these elements, while also injecting them with my personality and zeal. Portfolio Design

The animations found on the various pages of this site are taken from sketches that I had drawn when I was 7-12 years old. I wanted pay tribute to the past creative spirit I held as a child, and also bring the images and ideas that I once dreamt up to life. By adapting work I did when I was younger, I hope to communicate that even the most juvenile concepts still have a place in a creative setting.
